David Fromm is principal of DAF Consulting LLC. Fromm has more than 30 years of experience in the field of community development and affordable housing. He previously served as senior program director of Enterprise Community Partners where he led a technical assistance and training department that supported national initiatives and as the director of management for ACTION- Housing in Pittsburgh where he started a property management affiliate focused on serving residents in need of supportive housing. Fromm provides technical assistance and training on a variety of issues but is primarily focused on the areas of property and asset management, organizational development, and housing development.
