Denice Rothman Hinden, PhD, founded Management Performance Concepts in 2000 and serves as president. Prior to founding Management Performance Concepts, Rothman was a program director at DTI where she was responsible for designing and implementing Project IMPACT (Improving Management Performance and Capacity through Training and Technical Assistance). Her career in community development and program evaluation began in 1980 as an intern at the Urban League of Harrisburg where she conducted surveys of resident needs in public housing. Rothman has an MS in human services from Nova Southeastern University and a PhD in public administration from Florida International University.
