Instructor Name: Timothy Bolding
 
Tim Bolding is the founding executive director of United Housing Inc. He has more than 20 years of experience in affordable housing in the Memphis, TN, area. During his tenure, the organization grew from a department of the United Way of the Mid-South to an independent organization, which provides homeownership opportunities to the residents of Memphis and Shelby County. Bolding serves on several local agency boards and at the national level with the FHLB Advisory Council. He received his BA and MA from the University of Memphis and serves as an adjunct faculty member of the department of anthropology at the university, where he teaches cultural anthropology. He was the recipient of the Kenneth Jones Excellence in Training Award at the NeighborWorks 2009 Washington, DC, National Training Institute.
