| Paul Mazzarella has worked in the planning and community development fields for over 25 years and his experience spans the nonprofit and government sectors. Since 1990, he has been executive director of Ithaca Neighborhood Housing Services. Previously, he was executive director of the Mutual Housing Association of Tompkins County; deputy director of planning and development for the City of Ithaca, New York; and town planner for the Town of Amherst, Massachusetts. He serves on the board of directors of two national affordable housing financing intermediaries, the Neighborhood Capital Corporation and Neighborhood Housing Services of America–CDFI; and the board of directors of Alternatives Federal Credit Union in Ithaca. He holds a master’s in urban planning from Cornell University and a BS in political science from Duke University. |
