Instructor Name: Cora Fulmore
 

Cora Fulmore is president of the Mortgage & Credit center based in Orlando, Florida. The Center offers homeownership counseling services including pre- and post-purchase education as well as delinquency and foreclosure prevention training to consumers in the greater Orlando area.

Fulmore is the past director of housing for the National Federation for Consumer Credit in Sliver Spring, Maryland. She also served as executive director of affordable housing for By Lake, Inc. in Tavares, Florida.

She is credited with developing the first state of Florida HUD Housing Counseling Program which was adopted for HUD’s national Housing Counseling Training Program. She is also a member of the Mayor’s Affordable Housing Task Force for the Cities of Orlando, Winter Park and Winter Garden, Florida.
