| Sharon Anderson is a principal with ALT Advisors, LLC, and consults in real estate, organizational and community development, strategic planning, and evaluation. She is a faculty member in The Edward St. John Department of Real Estate at the Carey Business School of Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, Maryland. Her primary research interests are public purpose development, strategic management and leadership development.
Ms Anderson has more than 25 years of experience in real estate and community development, and business administration. Ms. Anderson received her MBA from Boston University and BA from North Park University in Chicago, Illinois. Ms. Anderson is a doctoral student in Community Economic Development at Southern New Hampshire University.
