| Túbal Padilla-Galiano currently serves as Training Consultant with NeighborWorks® America, where he directs and manages the Community Engagement, and Neighborhood Revitalization curricula. He joined NeighborWorks® in 1996 and served as Management Consultant in the Field Operations Divisions, where he assumed responsibilities for grant-making, technical assistance and partnership building in Connecticut (1996-1998), Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands (1998-2010), and western New York (2006-2010). Before coming to NeighborWorks® he served as Associate Director of the Mauricio Gastón Institute at the University of Massachusetts-Boston. With over 30 years of experience in community development, Túbal has worked as a private consultant and held multiple and varied professional and volunteer positions in housing and community development organizations. He holds a BA in Community Development from the University of Massachusetts, and a Master of City Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. |
