| Sheila Anderson is a management consultant for NeighborWorks America's Organizational Assessment Division, responsible for conducting off- and on-site assessment of existing and prospective NeighborWorks organizations. In this capacity, she conducts an analysis of financial and programmatic information. Prior to joining the Organizational Assessment team, Anderson was a management consultant for NeighborWorks America’s South Central District, providing technical support in the area of single family development and lending. Previously, Anderson provided affordable housing programmatic services to the Neighborhood Housing Services of San Antonio. She also was community reinvestment officer for Federal Savings Bank, San Antonio. A graduate of the University of Texas, Anderson received a dual degree in criminal justice and sociology. |
