| Erica Brabon is Project Manager and Lead Trainer for Steven Winter Associates, Inc., with specific experience in energy efficiency in multifamily and commercial buildings, curriculum development, training in energy efficiency practices, environmental health and science, LEED certification, sustainable business practices and environmental footprint reduction. As Project Manager, existing buildings are evaluated and audited by Ms. Brabon to determine the best approach to efficiency and healthy housing and coordination of available incentives. Ms. Brabon is currently working with multifamily buildings across NYC and NJ to cut energy consumption and increase building performance and indoor air quality. She’s also worked with Enterprise developing curriculum for Green Operations and Management. Ms. Brabon attended Clarkson University where she earned a B.S. in Biology. She is also a BPI Certified Multifamily Building Analyst and a LEED AP O+M. |
