| Denise Murphy is an independent consultant for affordable housing developers, owners and managers across the US. She provides training, resources and guidance on the HUD Secure System, 2530 Previous Participation reporting and LIHTC applications. Her clients include non-profit and for-profit developers, PHA’s, and management agents. She worked 10 years for a large mid-Atlantic based developer and manager of affordable, market rate and assisted living housing. During this time, she worked with a team on 50 LIHTC and Bond applications in 6 states and participated in over 60 closing transactions. |
