| Elise Tinsley is a Program Officer with the National Trust Main Street Center consulting services team. Her previous experience includes coordinating the Baltimore Main Streets citywide program, directing program and community outreach for the Girl Scouts and work with the Mayor’s Office of Economic Development in Cleveland and the Community Development Department of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. Elise holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and a Master’s Certificate of Non-Profit Management from Cleveland State University as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Hampton University. |
