| Jayne Windham is director of Housing Initiatives with the NeighborWorks HomeOwnership Center in Worcester, MA, where she oversees a $20 million real estate portfolio. Her responsibilities include construction oversight and compliance for a variety of HOME, ADDI, NSP, NRSA and HUD lead abatement projects, as well as in weatherization. Ms. Windham has also worked in the private sector. She is a principal instructor for EPA Lead Dust Sampling Technician and EPA Renovation, Repair and Painting. She holds a BS in Engineering Management from Central New England College in Worcester, MA. |
