| Art is experienced in nonprofit management, organizational development, land development, and construction management. He has more than 20 years experience in Self-Help Housing as first a construction supervisor, then a construction manager and as an executive director. He has established a HUD 203(k) housing rehabilitation program; a USDA Self Help housing program and a HUD-certified counseling program, and he has overseen two multi-family housing projects.
Prior to joining RCAC, he was the executive director of Citizens for Affordable Homes where he administered HUD rehabilitation and counseling programs and the Self Housing programs.
He has over 20 years of experience in construction, and 10 years in the education field. |
