| Omari Patterson is currently a Development Director at SBER in Baltimore. He has been integral in the dynamic transformation of Baltimore’s largest pipeline project, State Center, located in mid-town Baltimore. This transit-oriented, mixed-use planned development includes more than four million square feet of commercial space, retail shops, restaurants and residences. Prior to joining SBER, Mr. Patterson was the Director of Atlantic Coast Real Estate Services, Inc, a real estate valuation and market analysis consulting firm.
Omari is a faculty member for the University of Baltimore, NeighborWorks America, and Henderson Professional Development Seminars focusing on market analysis training and valuation techniques. He is also an active member of the Appraisal Institute and an advisory board member of the real estate department at the University of Baltimore.
Mr. Patterson has earned a Master of Science in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University, a Master of Science in Telecommunications Systems Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, both from Northeastern University. He continues to hold general appraisal licenses in Virginia and the District of Columbia.
Omari continues to develop, appraise, and consult for organizations throughout the United States.
