| Mr. Brian Ng manages the affordable housing and finance programs for the US EPA's national ENERGY STAR program. In this capacity Mr. Ng is involved in outreach to federal, state, and local stakeholders with regard to improving the energy efficiency of new and existing low-income housing. Part of his work entails working with the US Department of Housing and Urban Development to encourage the use of ENERGY STAR-related measures in HUD-funded housing. Mr. Ng also supports state housing finance agencies in developing energy efficiency criteria for use in allocating low income housing tax credit funds. Before joining ENERGY STAR, Mr. Ng worked as a financial analyst in support of EPA's wastewater treatment facility loan program. He has also worked as a consultant to the EPA and the Department of Energy. Mr. Ng has a BA in economics and an MBA from the University of Maryland. Mr. Ng resides in Silver Spring, MD. |
