| John Snell is a Certified Energy Manager at Peregrine Energy Group in Boston. Mr. Snell has 27 years of energy management experience in private and public sector buildings primarily as a technical resource for building managers. Recent clients include US DOE, MA DOER, MA DHCD, Boston Housing Authority, Lawrence Housing Authority, Winn Management, Mt Ida College, New Ecology, and numerous individual properties. Prior to working at Peregrine Energy, Mr. Snell was a project manager at Citizen Energy Corporation for 15 years for the company’s non-profit multifamily energy services company Citizens Conservation Corporation. Citizens Conservation provided full service energy analysis, financial analysis, construction management, savings guarantees and long-term energy monitoring and residential education for affordable and public housing developments. Each project manager delivered the complete set of services for each development they were assigned to and was directly responsible for monitoring and managing the project’s energy savings.
