| Ed McNamara has over 30 years of experience in construction and in private sector and non-profit real estate development. In 2002, Ed started his own company - Turtle Island Development, LLC – to focus on affordable and market-rate multifamily development.
Ed’s vast experience includes construction as a carpenter, subcontractor, general contractor, community-based development, Executive Director of REACH Community Development, Director of the Neighborhood Partnership Fund at the Oregon Community Foundation, Loeb Fellow at Harvard University, and private sector real estate development.
