Throughout his career in the housing industry, John Little has focused on creating affordable housing solutions for individuals and families through education. He has over 15 years experience as a practitioner, manager, trainer and consultant. As a consultant and trainer, his areas of expertise have included teaching mortgage and housing professionals how to effectively use community based and agency affordable housing programs and initiatives; how to establish and maintain effective partnerships; and how to develop outreach initiatives to increase exposure and productivity. In addition, John has often worked closely with nonprofit organizations to develop their programs and services to improve their effectiveness in their respective communities. John has developed, produced and conducted in-person and online training programs on credit, lending, foreclosure prevention and client management systems through his companies The Empowerment Consortium and Online Housing Training.com, where he serves as a managing partner.

A published author of Control Your Credit Destiny, John is an accomplished and dynamic professional speaker with memberships in the Florida Speakers Association and National Speakers Association. In addition, he is a member of the Realtor Association of Greater Ft. Lauderdale, NAACP, NAREB, the South Florida Board of Realtists and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. John is a graduate of Winston Salem State University.
