| Margrit Bergholz serves as the Senior Supportive Housing Development Officer for the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency in Raleigh, NC. In her work, she provides loans to supportive housing providers, including homeless shelters, group homes and substance abuse. In the past she has developed affordable housing for several non profit entitites. She also worked out of San Francisco for the National Trust for Historic Preservation. Her territory stretched east to the Mississippi. Her extensive work with hot market communities and her east and west coast experience make her well qualified to present this class.
