Bryan Esenberg joined NHS Redevelopment Corporation in the fall of 2006. As the NeighborHomes Manager, Bryan is responsible for the acquisition, construction and sales of NHSRC’s rehabbed homes. NHSRC is a non-profit developer of affordable housing in Chicago, building and selling over 50 new construction and rehabbed homes per year. NHSRC has developed model green homes for the City of Chicago, including two historic bungalows in 2006. Bryan is using the lessons learned from these experiences to “Green” all of NHSRC’s rehabbed homes. Prior to joining NHSRC, Bryan worked for the Japan External Trade Organization [JETRO], providing site location assistance to US companies expanding their business to Japan. Bryan has a BA in Economics from Indiana University and a MA in Real Estate from the University of Illinois, Chicago.
