| Kim Kirkpatrick began his construction career as a carpenter, and later oversaw weatherization and rehab activities as a technical supervisor for the Franklin County, Ohio Rehabilitation Program. He was for 16 years a lead trainer for the Community Revitalization Training Center (CRTC), where he provided technical assistance in all aspects of new and rehabilitation construction. Kim's training credits also include LISC, HUD, ICF, and TDA, Inc. He is currently president of K&H Consulting Services, which provides non-profit housing developers with technical assistance in rehabilitation and new construction efforts. Kim has also been an integral member of Ohio CDC Association’s Basic Skills training team since 1995. He is a founding member of the Trainers Guild™. |
