Buzz Howard Seminars (BHS) is a service organization that provides training and consulting to the lending and real estate industry and is a member of the Mortgage Training Network.com. As a training consultant, Ronald “Buzz” Howard provides ongoing consultation for NeighborWorks Training in curriculum development and as an instructor in multiple courses of study, both nationally and regionally.

Previously, Howard was the executive vice president for Mortgage Training Services (MTS) and LoanTrainer.com. Founded in 1980, MTS was dedicated to the development and delivery of quality technical training curriculum. In that role, he traveled the country training thousands of real estate and lending personnel.

Since 1981, Howard has occupied many important roles in the mortgage industry, from top producing loan officer, to senior management, to corporate ownership. He was one of the first originators in the State of California to earn the California Mortgage Bankers Association's professional designation of Certified Residential Mortgage Originator and the Affordable Housing Specialist designation.
