Faculty FAQs
Where should I look for invoice information?
Chapter 4 in the Handbook for Faculty Members outlines NeighborWorks America's policies and procedures on payment and the invoice submission process. If you are a training institute faculty member and need a copy of our handbook, e-mail curriculum@nw.org with your contact information to request one. Or you may view the Handbook for Instructors Faculty Members. [PDF]
What do I need to know as I book travel to an Institute?
You may not book travel to the NeighborWorks Training Institute except through Directravel. NeighborWorks America participates in the General Services Administration's reduced airfare program and has designated Directravel as its agent. Contact Directravel directly and tell them that you are a NeighborWorks Training Institute Instructor. They will mail your ticket to you.
