In today's highly competitive community development field, the individual or organization that can make the most professionally crafted, succinct, and powerful case will attract the attention of funders, potential community partners and neighborhood stakeholders. In this course, you will learn principles of written, graphic, and oral communication and how to craft a clear, concise, and persuasive message that is tailored to your particular audience. Participants will also learn where to find a range of tools — on the Internet and locally — and how to use them to inspire others to support a revitalization strategy.
