NA210 Native Homebuyer Education Methods: Training the Trainer
Learn how to deliver a comprehensive Native homebuyer education program based on the Pathways Home curriculum developed by NeighborWorks America and other partners, including the National American Indian Housing Council (NAIHC) and the National Congress of American Indians (NCAI). Learn to use the best materials and methods to train Native homebuyers to build, buy or renovate a home on Indian land, get a mortgage loan, improve their budget and credit profiles, and maintain their home and finances after purchase. Participants interested in obtaining a certificate of Professional Recognition in Homebuyer Education must pass an exam upon completion of the course.
