In this course designed for organizational leaders and board members of community development organizations, participants will learn and apply skills, methods and tools, including NeighborWorks America's PROMPT model, that will help them better monitor and diagnose indicators that relate to an organization's health and well-being. At the end of this course, participants will be able to identify red flags; use decision making and diagnostic tools that help identify whether an organization is healthy, at risk or potentially at risk; and be able to apply those tools to help chart their own organizations' health by looking at critical performance areas.
