ML165 How to Create a Social Media Strategy for Your Organization
Nonprofit organizations use a number of online communications strategies (websites, social media, email, etc.) to increase visibility, shift attitudes, generate revenue, and engage various audiences. This hands-on course provides an overview of the different tools and techniques nonprofit managers can use to support missions and build relationships with constituents. Together, we will examine nonprofit organizations' use of social media to deepen participants’ understanding and offer ideas organizations can apply. After completing this course participants will have a broad understanding of online engagement opportunities, and an initial framework for how to approach and/or enhance the use of social media in their organization.
