ML163 Branding Beyond the Logo: Increasing the Visibility and Value of Your Organization
Competition for dwindling resources is more ferocious than ever. It's not enough to simply be good at what you do. Today, you need to differentiate your nonprofit from other organizations by branding who you are, what you do, how you do it — and why anyone should care enough to support you! Interactive and geared toward board members and executive directors, as well as communications, marketing and development staff, this course will disprove the notion that branding is for large, well-funded organizations only. Its core objective is to help you clearly define, promote and protect your brand, as well as create a plan to incorporate cost-effective, practical branding elements into your organization's everyday business activities. Bring samples of your printed materials so we can critique them in class for how well they promote your organization's brand.
