HO320b Developing and Implementing an Effective Foreclosure ProgramThis advanced level course is targeted for managers and other decision makers within the organization. The class will examine best practices in foreclosure prevention and intervention from around the country that are making a difference in foreclosure rates. Participants will learn what's working and what's not so they can use that information to build the capacity of their own organization to deliver foreclosure services. Participants will also take a closer look at the servicer side of the foreclosure intervention process and how to build relationships with servicers that will make a difference for their clients.
