HO254 Using BestFit to Automate Loan Modification Foreclosure Solutions

BestFIT is a web-based loan modification application that works with other client tracking software and enables homeownership counselors to evaluate a range of loan modification options for their clients. In addition, the software can provide current property evaluation and market analysis for client, counselor and servicer evaluation. In this course you will learn how to:

• Enter data into BestFIT
• Interpret analysis for your clients
• Use the BestFIT recommendations to negotiate with Servicers on behalf of your clients
• Electronically track client file data
• Troubleshoot the software
