A review of the legal ramifications of universally used construction contract clauses. The class covers, for both small and large contracts, requirements in bidding and contract clauses on: scope of work, schedule of work, monitoring/due diligence during construction, unforeseen conditions, contract changes, arbitration/mediation, termination, warranties and completion bonds. Instructor uses AIA documents as samples of clauses.
