CP207 Rehab Specialist Part III: Managing Projects and ProgramsThe third of the three Rehab Specialist courses, this two-day intensive workshop builds on the basic skills established in Part I and Part II of the series. The Rehab Specialist production model is applied to bidding, contracting, negotiating, and rehab construction monitoring. Program-wide and project-specific techniques for controlling the rehab process are illustrated with support documents and reference sources. Special attention is given to regulatory compliance, performance measuring, and customer satisfaction.
