CP201 Rehab Specialist Part I: Rehab Design and Production Systems
This two day course is the first of the three Rehab Specialist courses and is intended to define and illustrate the skills and tasks associated with the Rehab Specialist production model. The Rehab Specialist's role is examined in detail, with a systems emphasis for local housing rehab programs. Construction, program design, project design and universal subsystems in housing production are linked to the equally important human interactions between the Rehab Specialist and customers, contractors, code officers, and state and federal funders.
