How is the affected constituency - the people that lie, work, play and worship - in the neighborhoods impacted by the "plan" engage in the process? When and where are the meetings or planning sessions held? Why is it that so often the community feels 'left out'? What if "the community" initiated - and led - the process? In this workshop participants will learn the tools and techniques necessary to lead planning efforts that affect their community.
