CL131 The Paradox of Power: From Control to CompassionAll leadership involves the use of power. All "followership" also involves power. So the issue in all our relationships is not whether or not we (and others) have power, but how we all are using power and how we are affected by others' use of power vis-a-vis our lives. This workshop will offer a grid or matrix around the negative and positive uses of power in our individual, group and institutional lives.
