But, it is especially difficult in challenging times. Particularly when there seems to be no progress and volunteers are increasingly tired and nearly ready to give up. How does the community leader remain committed and energized to continue working for change? How does he/she inspire others not to give up; to go to that next meeting; to provide input to that new plan; to convene that next gathering? How do you move forward when so many are standing still?
