CL110 Leading with SpiritThis workshop experience provides an opportunity to concern ourselves with building spiritual wealth and other cultural assets in our communities. This couse will explore the process of strengthening community action projects by intentionally incorporating the dimension of spirituality. Participants will design and implement ceremony, deepen their definition of leadership, and develop strategies for "spiritualizing" their work. This course reframes the idea of spirituality and community development by going beyond "interfaith" and into the universal principles of inspiration, dynamic presence, and collective action. It is designed to personalize the experience of community leaderhip and build community through storytelling, the introduction of healing tools, and mind/body exercises.
