AH301vc LIHTC Exit Strategy Clinic for Network OrganizationsThis online clinic is designed for NeighborWorks organizations looking for technical assistance in developing exit strategies for LIHTC properties. The online clinic will provide a combination of training, technical assistance and peer learning using the NeighborWorks Virtual Classroom platform. Participants will be introduced to an exit strategy planning tool through a live web training led by NeighborWorks consultant Dan Mendelson. They will then have opportunity to enter relevant deal information using the planning tool, submit it online and receive individualized feedback and technical assistance. Dan will analyze and advise on the project through live web meetings which will benefit not just the organization whose deal is being analyzed, but all participants - allowing significant peer learning and sharing of probable investor issues. This clinic will be open and available from March to August. Outcomes anticipated are: understanding of the exit process; understanding of investor issues; exit plans that can be successfully moved forward by NWOs; and shared market information among NWOs.
