AH247 Intermediate Bond Financing
Using a case study approach, this course is designed for practitioners interested in applying limited knowledge to bond transactions in community development. By the end of the course, participants will understand a wider range of choices in each bond deal; use templates to analyze those choices; understand the different types of bonds and understand the particular steps to follow in achieving a successful bond deal. The recommended prerequisite for this course is Using Bonds to Finance Affordable Housing Development (AH227). This course will best benefit those with some bond experience or training who want to take the next step in understanding and using this valuable resource.
