AH245 Integrating Green Fundamentals into Multifamily HousingThis course focuses on the particular issues and challenges of incorporating sustainable design principles into multifamily and senior housing. Through a green building approach goals of resident comfort, energy efficiency and environmental responsibility can be met. This course will review basic green building principles and then apply them to multifamily housing to promote developments that are energy and water efficient, incorporate daylighting, include healthful materials and construction methods and provide 21st century systems coordination.
