For many community-based organizations, trying to develop difficult housing projects in the neighborhood can be a taxing experience. Learn how to address certain components that make a housing project difficult and develop a strategy for successful development. Discuss the traditional aspects of housing development with additional emphasis on community participation and collaboration, public and private resources, and community/public benefits to help negate the difficulty of neighborhood housing projects.
