A convenient, cost-effective way to build your skills,
maximize your impact and grow your career.

NeighborWorks America’s online educational offerings enable you to stay close to your work while gaining the same valuable skills and knowledge offered at our highly rated national and regional training events. You can take advantage of this unparalleled professional development opportunity whenever it fits into your busy schedule, and wherever you can connect to the Internet. And best of all, you can save your valuable travel dollars and time away from the office. We offer a wide range of courses that address the latest issues and challenges in community development and affordable housing.

  • Module-Based eLearning Courses

These self-contained courses, made up of individual modules or topics, allow you to gain a strong background in a particular community development subject matter area. The courses, which take 2-4 hours of actual computer time to complete, are designed to allow you to log in and log out as you have time (but must be completed within 60 days of your registration). At only $195, they represent a strong educational value.

  • NeighborWorks Virtual Classroom
Our newest online learning offering, NeighborWorks Virtual Classroom offers you professional development similar to what we provide at our in-class NeighborWorks Training Institute sessions -- the only difference is that you'll interact with an expert faculty member, and your fellow participants, online, and at your convenience. These courses incorporate online tools that keep you connected, and ensure a high-quality and results-oriented training experience.
