Transportation Information for Phoenix
Parking at Institute Locations:
Sheraton Phoenix Downtown — Valet Parking is $23.00 per day; Self Parking is 16.00 per day.

Wyndham Phoenix — Valet Parking Only at $23.00 overnight with in and out privileges

Hyatt Regency Phoenix — Valet Parking is $12.00 per day and $24.00 overnight; self parking in the garage is $12.00 per day with no in and out privileges; however, a parking pass with in-and-out privileges is available for purchase at the front desk for $16.00 per day

Taxi Service:
Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport to all contracted hotels costs approximately $20.00 one-way. For specific information on taxi companies, please visit www.visitphoenix.com.

Shuttle Service:
Pricing from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport to contracted hotels varies —

• Wyndham Phoenix uses Desert Coach Shuttle Company exclusively. The cost is $10.00 per person one way. You will just need to look for the hotel board and baggage claim and push the direct line button for Wyndham Phoenix. The shuttle is on call.
  
• Hyatt Phoenix has no shuttle service; please use AAA /Yellow Cab Taxi Company at a $16.00 flat rate for up to four (4) people or call 480-966-8377.
  
• Sheraton Phoenix Downtown uses the Super Shuttle which runs every 30 minutes day and night at $13.00 per person one way or call 800-BLUE-VAN.

Phoenix’s New Light Rail System:
Once in baggage claim follow the signs for the Light Rail Shuttle. The shuttle picks up at all three terminals and runs continuous loop from 5AM - 10PM. You can purchase passes with cash or credit card in the station at the Light Rail Station terminal at the airport. The cost per ride is $1.25 one-way.
