The NeighborWorks Training Institute (NTI) is dedicated to providing you with the tools you need to achieve your community development goals, enhance your skills, and advance your career through a comprehensive range of courses. Learn more about the training institute.

At this NTI, we are offering over 80 courses in eight distinct content areas. Of special note:

• A symposium on August 16, Sustaining the Gain: Foreclosure Intervention Strategies to Preserve Homeownership, for those concerned with preserving the American Dream.
• A Spanish-language version of our popular Homebuyer Education Methods: Training the Trainer course - HO229sp Metodos de Educacion para Compradores de Casa: Entrenando a los Instructores
• Two new courses in our continued Resident Services series
• Four green building and healthy homes courses
• Five one-day advanced clinics in Community and Neighborhood Revitalization
