NeighborWorks Organizational Assessment Services: Testimonials
Capacity assessments are provided on a fee-for-service basis for nonprofit organizations, their funders and investors. Here's what some of them have said about our services.
Thank you for your help in getting us started on our way toward building a stronger Columbia Cascade Housing Corporation with the capacity to help more families improve their housing situation. — Ruby Mason, executive director |
We asked NeighborWorks to help us evaluate four of our community-based partners and the review process was thorough and professional. The assessment reports give us specific ways to work with these groups to help them improve their operations and maximize housing production in Oregon communities. — Bob Gillespie |
The NeighborWorks America assessment process has enabled organizations we work with to consider how they can build on strengths and strategize about weaknesses. As they implement new programs to serve their communities, they are more self-aware and are better prepared for the future. — Paula Rhian |
The reviewers were the best part of the process. Each of the three that we worked with is exceedingly qualified professionally and temperamentally for the organizations to which they were assigned. While their interaction with each of the organizations was ‘short-term,’ their investment in the assessment and the recommendations for each organization were sincere, creative, and left each organization aware of ‘issues,’ but buttressed with positive actions they can take.” —Shirley Worthington, VP, Community Initiatives |
