NeighborWorks® America Announces Partnership Award Winners

(Washington, D.C.) – NeighborWorks America today announced that eleven corporations and corporate foundations received recognition as outstanding partners in the national effort to increase homeownership and strengthen communities. In addition to making financial contributions to support homeownership education, foreclosure prevention and neighborhood revitalization, each of the award winners excelled at providing “hands-on” volunteers for the various programs and initiatives that NeighborWorks leads in towns and cities across the country.

“These awards recognize the important contributions of partnerships between the private and non-profit sector can effectively improve the lives of people and their communities,” said Ken Wade, CEO of NeighborWorks America. “By contributing financial resources and encouraging their employees to volunteer and provide their expertise, our partners show true broad-based commitment.”

The NeighborWorks Partnership Awards are given in three categories: Most Generous Local NeighborWorks Contributors; Most Generous National NeighborWorks Contributors; and Most Generous NeighborWorks Social Investors.

The winners in each category are noted below.
