James Zecca |
Jim Zecca has contributed to ABC’s goals by becoming active in the Block Association of West Utica and becoming block captain. He became a member of the Utica Common Council in 2005 on the platform of resident involvement and actively promotes resident initiatives and ideas at council meetings. Additionally, he actively supports the HomeOwnership Center by promoting their programs and is an outspoken advocate for increased city funding for programs and services of HOC. Lastly, he is also a charter member of the West Utica Concerned Citizens. |
