On April 16, 2010, NeighborWorks America, administrator of the National Foreclosure Mitigation Counseling program, announced grant awards totaling over $59.5 million to 131 organizations. View news release.

All awards are contingent upon a fully-executed Grant Agreement. Completion of several forms will be required before initial grant disbursement can be released. Some of these forms are provided below:
