Housing rehabilitation is the bedrock of neighborhood revitalization in the NeighborWorks® network. Rehab work
can range from renovating a community eye-sore to carrying out a broad-scale program of home improvements to introducing 'green' technologies that save energy and reduce a resident's utility bills. Today, there are at least 150 rehab strategies used in the NeighborWorks network.
