Membership in the NeighborWorks network entitles chartered organizations to:

• Training and technical assistance provided by NeighborWorks America
• Access to competitive grants for administration and capital projects
• Scholarships to the national NeighborWorks Training Institute and other network conferences and workshops
• Publications disseminated by NeighborWorks America and other information services
• Access to services and resources of Neighborhood Housing Services of America, the secondary market of the NeighborWorks network
• Use of the NeighborWorks registered mark
• Periodic organizational assessments (program reviews)
• Access to periodic special resources or services such as customer tracking software and a dedicated Web site
• Access to national initiatives such as the Rural Initiative; the NeighborWorks Multifamily Initiative; the Community Building and Organizing Initiative; and the Campaign for Home Ownership
